Can I pause my membership? +
Yes, you can pause your membership for up to 2 months per year. Simply let us know at least 30 days in advance and we will hold your spot.
Is there a minimum commitment? +
No. The MedGlo Wellness Club is month-to-month. You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice — no long-term contracts, no cancellation fees.
What happens to unused units? +
If you are unable to use your monthly units, please contact Dr. Recalde's team to discuss your options. We want to make sure you get the most out of your membership.
Do I get a discount on other services? +
Yes. Glow members receive 10% off all other MedGlo services, and Radiance members receive 15% off. This includes dermal fillers, HydraFacials, laser treatments, and more.
Who performs my treatments? +
Dr. Violeta Recalde personally performs every treatment at MedGlo. As a board-certified physician with over 20 years of medical experience, she ensures the highest standard of care at every visit.
